It is my honor to once again see Aichi Prefecture serve as host of the TOYOTA Junior Golf World Cup Supported by JAL and my pleasure to welcome the athletes and related individuals.

Young athletes gather and compete with one another in this tournament, aiming to become the top golfers of the future. Golf is a sport that requires a great deal of mental strength. I hope that the young golfers will exhibit the result of their training as well as their superb combination of spirit, technique, and physical conditioning as all of us are looking forward to an exceptional game.

This tournament stands out as part of this prefecture’s “Aichi: Moving Beyond the Present to Global Prominence” mission as a meaningful event that crosses over historical and cultural boundaries. It is my sincere hope that this tournament will promote friendship and goodwill, leaving good memories in the hearts of the young golfers from all over the world.
